TCOS has been a client for such a long time, that we have had the opportunity to have our hands in almost all aspects of their marketing from website strategy and redesign, to email marketing, to recruitment campaigns, to social media, and the list could truly go on. TCOS is a complex business in that they are seasonal, but run year round. So while we are focusing on amping up marketing materials for their sales season for snow (mid summer), we are at the same time working on marketing efforts for their concrete and surface restoration services. Hiring is also a critical component of their business, so we simultaneously run a HR recruitment campaign to market and retain qualified talent. One of the biggest challenges that TCOS faces is they have numerous moving parts, and thus require someone to be highly organized, efficient and on top of their marketing components. Due to the seasonality of their business, we often need to be able to pull together the right resources in a very quick and timely fashion.
